Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Orders must be returned within 10 days of delivery date.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving, and shipped to our office within 5 days following. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 10 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. Returns must be received in original, unused condition (with tags attached). If an item has stains or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Shop DOLLY maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above requirements. If we receive damaged items or past due returns, we will contact you and hold item(s) for 48 hours only. You may provide a pre-paid shipping label within that time frame and we will ship it back to you.
*All items on the SALE page can NOT be returned/ exchanged/ or refunded! Items that are not on sale but are bought with a coupon code CAN be returned.
In order to return an item, you must contact our customer service first by emailing us at email@example.com or sending us a message down below. Please send us your order number and which item you would like to return. Customer service will provide further instructions.
We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. However, please note the cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund. You may select the option to create your own label. A follow up email will be sent to you within 1-2 days with instructions based upon your selection.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE RETURN AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!
